Independent Operator Status
Purchasers and vending route operators are independent business owners and are not employees, agents, franchisees, partners, or representatives of Certiplex Corporation.
Any agreements, arrangements, donations, royalties, sponsorships, or relationships between a vending operator and any third-party organization, charity, business, or location owner are strictly between those parties.
Certiplex Corporation does not control, manage, supervise, or assume responsibility for any such relationships or agreements.
No Affiliation With Charities
Certiplex Corporation is not a nonprofit organization and does not solicit or accept charitable donations.
References to charities, outreach programs, or organizations are provided solely for informational purposes. Certiplex Corporation does not represent, endorse, or imply any official affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or partnership with any charity unless expressly stated in writing.
No Earnings Guarantees
